Academics are the cornerstone of the Portland Bartender Academy, but we here at Cocktail Week are interested in building well-rounded bartenders versed in every subject facing bartenders today. To that end, our extracurricular activities focus on a wide range of engaging topics from Geography and Music to Anthropology and Athletics.
